Empowering TAH Women: Introducing Dr. Towanda McEachern & A Life Recycled

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Towanda McEachern, Speaker, Author and the inspiring founder of A Life Recycled will begin offering life coaching sessions to the women of our shelters on Grant Street and Avon Avenue starting this February.

Dr. McEachern is a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering women to reclaim their lives and overcome challenges. Through her organization, A Life Recycled, she has transformed countless lives by providing the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to break through barriers and achieve personal success.

Her life coaching sessions will focus on fostering confidence, setting achievable goals, and building resilience.

This initiative is part of our commitment to not only provide safe shelter but also empower the women and and  families we serve with the skills and support they need to thrive.

We are honored to have Dr. McEachern bring her expertise and heart to our community. Together, we are creating a brighter future for those we serve. Stay tuned for updates as we kick off this impactful program in February!
